AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
The City of Mounds View Ordains:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends the Official
Zoning Map related to the proposed Lot 1, Block 1 of Skyline:

said North Half, 385 feet west from the northeast corner
thereof to a point on the south line of said North Half, 250
feet west from the southeast corner thereof, said line being
the southwesterly right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway
No. 8, excepting therefrom all that part of the Northeasterly
130 feet, measured at right angles from said right-of-way

SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City Staff shall have
the following summary printed in the Official newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance:
On November 22, 2021, the City Council adopted Ordinance 985 that amends the Official Zoning
Map of the City of Mounds View, amending 4889 Old Highway 8 from I-1 Industrial to PUD
Planned Unit Development; and 4943 Old Highway 8 from B-3 Highway Business to PUD
Planned Unit Development. This Zoning Map amendment coincides with the platting of these
properties into Lot 1, Block 1, of SKYLINE.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days from and after its
passage and publication, in accordance with Section 3.09 of the City Charter.
Introduction and First Reading by the Mounds View City Council: November 8, 2021.
Second Reading and Adoption by the Mounds View City Council: November 22, 2021.
Publication Date: December 7, 2021.
