STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL
FOR AMERICAN MULTI -CINEMA, INC. DBA AMC MOUNDS VIEW 15,
2430 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, American Multi -Cinema, Inc. has made application to the City of Mounds
View for an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal (including Sunday Sales and an
optional 2:00 a.m. Liquor License) for the AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, all liquor license applications require approval from the Mounds View
City Council; and
WHEREAS, all applicable license application materials and fees have been
submitted to the City; and
WHEREAS, all property taxes and water/sewer charges are current and there are
currently no city code violations for the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License (including Sunday Sales and an
Optional 2:00 a.m. Liquor License) for American Multi -Cinema, Inc., DBA AMC Mounds View
15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire December 31, 2022.
Adopted this 13t" day of December, 2021.
