STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING NO PARKING ON SPRING LAKE ROAD FOR THE 2022/23 STREET
PROJECT REGARDING STATE AID FUNDING
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 9420 authorizing Stantec to
perform engineering services and prepare bidding documents for the design phase for
the 2022/23 Street Project; and
WHEREAS, Spring Lake Road, to include a proposed 8 foot shared use trail, is a
non-standard street due to its Municipal State Aid status; and
WHEREAS, to be eligible for State Aid funding, Spring Lake Road must be signed
with "No Parking" or equivalent traffic signs on both sides of the street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds
View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
Spring Lake Road will be signed with "No Parking" or equivalent traffic signs on both
sides of the street from County Road H2 to County Road J.
Adopted this 13th day of December, 2021.
