COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING AN AUTOMOBILE DEALER LICENSE FOR
RYDELL AUTO OUTLET AND GARAGE, LLC, DBA THE BEAR LOT,
2375 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, Mounds View City Code requires that automobile dealers be licensed
in the City of Mounds View and that the license be renewed annually; and
WHEREAS, Rydell Auto Outlet and Garage, LLC is applying to renew that license
for 2022 for The Bear Lot, 2375 Mounds View Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the property taxes and Mounds View water/sewer bill for 2375
Mounds View Boulevard are current.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that an automobile dealer License be
renewed for Rydell Auto Outlet and Garage, LLC, DBA The Bear Lot, 2375 Mounds View
Boulevard.
2022.
BE IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED that this license will expire on December 31,
