STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO CELENA MONN FOR HER SERVICE
ON THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Celena Monn was appointed as a member of the Mounds Planning
Commission on August 28, 2017; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Monn has shown a sincere interest in the welfare of die residents of the
City of Mounds View during her tenure on the Mounds View Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Monn has served on die Mounds View Planning Commission with
lieartfelt interest and dedication; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Monn has gained die respect and gratitude of those who have had die
privilege of working with her;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that die City Council, on belialf of Staff and
die residents of die City of Mounds View, express its sincere appreciation to Celena Monn for her
endiusiastic and dedicated service on die Mounds View Planning Commission.
