STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
LUCAS OSOWSKI, WASTEWATER MAINTANCE WORKER
WHEREAS, Lucas Osowski has resigned as Wastewater Maintenance Worker for
the City of Mounds View; his last day of employment was March 18, 2022; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual and Public
Works Collective Bargaining Agreement, Mr. Osowski is eligible for a cash payout of his
vacation hours and comp hours; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Osowski had a balance of accrued and unused vacation of 25.51
hours and comp time balance of 48.76 hours; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Osowski was being paid $30.93 per hour upon his resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves severance to Lucas Osowski consistent with the Public Works Collective
Bargaining Agreement and the Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows:
