ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
RESULTS OF SURVEY ON 2005 PRIORITIES
The members of the Mounds View EDC were surveyed regarding economic development
priorities for 2005. Projects were ranked on a scale of one to five, with five being the most
important projects to be pursued or encouraged by the City. Six of the seven members
responded to the survey request. The average rankings for the commercial, industrial and
housing projects are shown following the project name.

5. Moundsview Square Redevelopment / Market Feasibility Study (2.8)
6. Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators Expansion (2.8)
7. Commercial or Retail Development of Woodale & Co. Rd. 10 Property (2.7)
8. Exploration of Hidden Hollow Housing Development Phase II (2.3)
9. Development of Sitdown Restaurant in M.V. (2.3)
10. Exploration of Sherwood / Greenwood Housing Development (2.2)
11 . Laport Meadows Housing Development (Possibly inc. Ardan Park) (2.0)
12. Promotion of Silver View Plaza (2.0)
