The EDC developed and approved the following priorities in January/February 2008:
1 . Development/redevelopment along County Hwy 10 Corridor
a. Premium Stop Redevelopment Area
b. Saturn Dealership
C. Silver View Plaza
d. Trailway connections to businesses
e. PAK building
f. Establish partnerships among neighboring cities in order to
strengthen the County Hwy 10 corridor (i.e. potential name
change for County Hwy 10)
g. Knollwood Place & Johnson Property
2. Skyline Motel Redevelopment
3. Monitor and assist with City-wide housing projects
