1 . Development/redevelopment along County Road 10 Corridor
a. Premium Stop Redevelopment Area (south to County Road H)
b. Saturn Dealership
c. Silver View Plaza
d. Trailway connections to businesses
e. PAK building
f. Establish partnerships among neighboring cities in order to strengthen the
County Road 10 corridor (i.e. potential name change for County Road 10)
g. Knollwood Place & Johnson Property
h. Improve the aesthetics of properties in the County Road 10 corridor
2. Incorporate the Risdall Branding Study, including marketing and communications
plans, to help guide the EDC's priorities and recommendations.
3. Monitor and assist with Citywide housing issues and projects
4. Support the implementation of the Citywide Street & Utility Improvement Program
5. Skyline Motel Redevelopment
