1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Vice President Cermak called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Vice President Cermak, Commissioner Bergeron Commissioner Hull, Commissioner Meehlhause, and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: President Mueller.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Meehlhause. To Approve the May 23, 2022, Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. May 9, 2022, EDA Minutes.
Commissioner Meehlhause requested a change on Page 2, Line 13 noting the reference to Mounds View Boulevard should read US Highway 10.
MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. To Approve the Consent Agenda as amended.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
6. EDA BUSINESS
Resolution 22-EDA-358, A Resolution Approving the Costs of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Removal.
Executive Director Zikmund requested the EDA approve the costs of asbestos and hazardous materials removal for the property on Long Lake Road. He reviewed the estimate for the work and
recommended approval.
MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Meehlhause. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 22-EDA-358, A Resolution Approving the Costs of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Removal.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
