RESOLUTION APPROVING SEPARATION COMPENSATION FOR
THOMAS REBMAN, PART TIME RECEPTIONIST
WHEREAS, Thomas Rebman has resigned as Part Time Receptionist for the City
of Mounds View; his last day of employment was October 10, 2022; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Mounds View Personnel Policy 5.03, Mr. Rebman
is eligible for separation compensation of any vacation hours and compensatory time
hours; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Rebman had a balance of accrued and unused vacation of 8.32
hours and compensatory time of 0.00 hours; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Rebman was being paid $21.00 per hour upon his resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves separation compensation to Thomas Rebman consistent with Section 5.03 of
the Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows:
