The Planning & Zoning Commission meeting will be conducted at Moe’s American Grill,
2400 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds View, MN 55112. This meeting is open to the
public.1
A quorum of Commission members will be present after the meeting, for dinner.

Item Title/Subject: Resolution 1156-22, Adopting the 2023 Regular Meeting
Schedule for the Mounds View Planning and Zoning
Commission
Introduction:
The Planning and Zoning Commission’s Bylaws require that the Commission conduct meetings
on the first and third Wednesdays of the month.1 The Bylaws also require the Commission to
adopt a meeting schedule at its December meeting.2
The start time is up to the Commission. The start time was changed from 7:00 PM to 6:30 PM,
beginning January, 2022.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends Approval of Resolution 1156-22, Adopting the 2023 Regular Meeting
Schedule, including a start time of 6:30 PM.

A RESOLUTION AOPTING THE 2023 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE
FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Mounds View City Code, §33.001 establishes a Planning and Zoning Commission;
and,
WHEREAS, Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission Bylaws, Section VI states that subject
to adopted meeting schedule, the Commission’s regular meetings will occur on the first and third
Wednesdays of each month; and,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission adopts
the following Regular Meeting schedule:
