1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Jim Freichels called the meeting to order at approximately 7:30 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Chair, Jim Freichels, Vice Chair, Dan Larson, Commissioners,
Gary Stevenson, Gary Rundle, Donn Linstrom, & Jason Helgemoe
Members Absent: None
Staff Present: Assistant City Administrator, Brian Beeman
Meeting Attendees: None
3. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 17, 2022 AGENDA
Motion/Second: Commissioner Stevenson moved and Commissioner Rundle seconded
the approval of the February 17, 2022 EDC agenda.
Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays
4. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 20, 2022 EDC MINUTES
Motion/Second: Commissioner Rundle moved and Commissioner Stevenson seconded
the approval of the January 20, 2022 minutes.
Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays
5. EDC BUSINESS
Review 2022 EDC Priorities:
Motion/Second: Commissioner Larson moved and Commissioner Stevenson seconded
the motion to approve the 2022 EDC Priorities adding number ten Community Center
Expansion.
Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays
Review EDC Bylaws:
Motion/Second: Commissioner Stevenson moved and Commissioner Lindstrom
seconded the motion to approve the EDC Bylaws as-is.
Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays
6. REPORTS OF STAFF
Assistant City Administrator Beeman provided an update on approximately a dozen
projects happening within the city.

7. REPORTS OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS
Council Member Meehlhause was absent so no City Council update was provided.
8. REPORTS OF COMMISSIONERS
No reports from Commissioners.
9. NEXT REGULAR EDC MEETING
Chair Freichels reminded the Commission that they will meet as-needed until November
2022.
11. ADJOURN
There being no further business, Chair Freichels adjourned the February 17, 2022
meeting at approximately 8:17 a.m.
