Blvd, Mounds View, MN 55112 1 am resubmitting this request, as this request is more broad, and includes other requests not included
previously. Please consider this as a replacement to the earlier request. All materials should be transmitted electronically, rather than hard
copies provided. I am writing to you as the responsible authority of Mounds View. This is a formal request for access to government data
under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13. If there is a different designee to whom I should direct
my data request, please inform me. I seek access to the following: ALL data that is related to the petition submitted on 1/25/2022. This
includes, but is not limited to, any and all data contained in letters, emails, text messages, notes, reports, meeting minutes, written
correspondence, written requests for review and associated responses, etc. All data should include dates. I would like included all data
between city staff, city council and mayor, city attorneys, any other law firm, Ramsey County employees/staff, or any other person who was
involved in any way concerning said petition. In addition, I would like an electronic copy of the contract between Ramsey County and
Mounds View regarding election and clerk services. I am asking to inspect and receive the data electronically (at no charge) under
Minnesota Statutes, section 13.03, subdivision 3. If you determine that you will redact or withhold any otherwise responsive data, please
inform me in writing of the specific statutory basis for your denial. If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact me. I can be
