1. Call to Order – The meeting came to order at time 7:00 pm.

Motion by M. Haubrich, second by J. Miller to approve agenda as written.

Approval of minutes
Motion by J. Miller, second by M. Haubrich to approve minutes of April 10, 2008 as amended.

B. Thomas reported that the commission is waiting for word from the court that new members
have been appointed.
7. Unfinished Business
B. Thomas opened discussion of amended draft language for Administrative Offense
Certification.
8. New Business
Draft resolution for Administrative Offense Certification language should be on the agenda as
well as possible discussion of portions of Section 8.04.
9. Adjournment
Meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm.
