Timeline for a ballot issue related to Initiative,
Referendum or Recall - Revision Date 12/13/2006
Date of regular primary election, a special election
may be scheduled concurrent with primary election
even if it is less than 60 days prior to the general
election.
Special election, if a majority of those voting
on the ballot issue vote in its favor, the
resulting action shall be determined by the
respective section of this Charter.
