WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Mounds View Charter Conunission and
the Court has considered an application from a resident of the City of Mounds View.

JAMES BATTIK, 2332 Laport Drive, Mounds View, MN 55112 be appointed a
member of the Charter Commission for a term to expire October 31, 2010.
The Court Administrator of said District shall forthwith mail, to all members of
said Commission, notice of this appointment. Such appointment to be fully effective
upon the filing of the appropriate Oath in the office of the Court Administrator of the
District Court for Ramsey County, Minnesota.
