In the Matter of the Appointment
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDER APPOINTING
CHARTER COMMISSION COMMISSIONER
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Mounds View Charter Commission, notice of the
vacancy was published, and applications were received.
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute § 410.05, subd. 1-3, requires the Chief Judge to fill the
vacancy for the term expiring October 31, 2020;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Jesse Blair Lamoreux, 2463 Ridge Lane, Mounds
View, MN 55112, is appointed as a member Of the Mounds View Charter Commission for a term
to expire October 31, 2020.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED THAT:
The Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District shall immediately by mail notify
the members of the Mounds View Charter Commission notice of this appointment. Additionally,
the Court Administrator shall notify by mail the appointee of this Order and her individual
responsibility tO file the Oath. Such appointment is tO be fully effective upon the filing Of the
appropriate Oath with the Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District Court for Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
