CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDER APPOINTING
CHARTER COMMISSION COMMISSIONER
WHEREAS,there is a vacancy on the Mounds View Charter Commission due to the
resignation of Brooks Staples,notice of the vacancy was published,six applications were received,
and the Mounds View City Council provided a resolution supporting the one of the applications.
WHEREAS,Minnesota Statute §410.05,subd.1—3,requires the Chief Judge to ll the
vacancy for a term expiring October 3 1,2022;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following individual is appointed as a member of
the Mounds View Charter Commission for a term to expire October 3 1,2022:
Miranda Michelle Munson,7550 Greeneld Avenue,Mounds View,MN 551 12
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED THAT:
The Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District shall immediately by mail notify
the members of the Mounds View Charter Commission notice of this appointment.Additionally,
the Court Administrator shall notify by mail the appointee of this Order and his individual
responsibility to file the Oath.Such appointment is to be fully effective upon the ling of the
appropriate Oath with the Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District Court for Ramsey
County,Minnesota.
