Meeting was Miranda Munson held by electronic zoom and roll -call votes were taken. 651-295-2997 June 22, 2021, Commission met with Council members at Special Council Jerry Peterson meeting to discuss and receive feedback on alternate tax levy limit language. 612-607-3953 No agreements or motions were taken. Meeting was chaired by mayor. Gary Quick August 17, 2021, Chapter 7, Taxation and Finances, discussion on Council 763•-7786-4631 Preferred levy limit language. Motion to adopt language was tabled for next meeting. Adopted motion setting meeting dates for September to January 2022. September 21, 2021, Chapter 7, Taxation and Finances, August motion taken from the table and amended to the latest language received from attorney Kennedy and Graven, amendment adopted. Motion adopted to recommend the new language under 410.12, subdivision 7, charter amendment by Council passing ordinance of same language. Meeting was held in person and by electronic zoom and roll -call votes were taken. November 16, 2021, Chapter 4, Elections and Nominations, discussed updates needed to comply with statute election laws, while maintaining unique features unds View Charter.
