RESOLUTION NO. 9721 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS <br />RELATED TO NATIONAL OPIOID SETTLEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has elected to participate in one or more of the five <br />national opioid settlements with Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart; and <br />WHEREAS, Cities must declare their intent via signed execution of agreements; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has received documents to execute via DocuSign. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, City staff is directed and authorized to <br />execute necessary documents specific to the National Opioid Settlements with Teva, <br />Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota this 27th Day of <br />March, 2023. <br />I �v vv� <br />Al Hull, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle ?4kmund`City Administrator <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br />
