Hi Commissioners,
The City is moving forward with the County Road 10 Corridor Improvement Plan and we're at the point where we'd like to form a sub-group to review and comment on design components. We
are seeking one representative each from the EDC, the Planning Commission, and the Parks and Rec Commission to serve on this sub-group which would meet once a month for the next few
months or until we come up with a solid design plan for the corridor. The first meeting of this sub-group will be at 6:00 pm (or potentially a bit earlier) Wednesday, March 16th.
Meetings would last for about an hour.
I will add this to this Thursday's agenda to discuss and perhaps select a representative from Parks and Rec. If more than one of you has a strong desire to attend the meetings, that's
probably fine too.
