All other facility use requests must be received no less than two weeks prior to the date of the requested use. The Director of the Community Center or appointee must approve any expectations to the stated deadlines. Approval of Application (200 or more people) Facility use permits are drafted by the Community Center. when a facility use application is approved, the applicant will receive a facilities permit and a copy of the rules and regulations for using Community Center facilities.
