I would like to limit most of the meeting to Groveland. I will be requesting the following of your staff and commissioners ...
1. We need a breakdown of the costs (if possible) from TKDA and lowest bidder:
* Demolition costs - Knock down and disposal of material
* Utility (water, sewer,) prep and hook up costs.
* Other site prep costs
* Materials
2. Meet with the lowest bidder and understand what is driving the costs at a future date.
3. Get estimates on a stick building with the same emenities.
4. Recommend commission define the priorities of building features - bathrooms, overhang, A/C, furnace vs electric heater, serving area, etc.
5. Determine options for volunteer construction (Residents, college).
6. Get estimates on "polebarn" designs or pre-assembled structures.
Also, as we discussed last night, I want to see a breakdown of the developments in MV over the last two years and the respective Park Dedication Fund income from those developments.
I would like to go back to the Mermaid/AmericInn timeframe.
Greg, thank you for your work on this. I am thinking that we will only be able to deal with #4 for now.

As a reminder, the dedication ceremony for the Greenfield Park Playground Equipment Replacement Project will be held on site at 5:30 PM. Following the ceremony, we will then go to City
Hall to conduct this month's meeting.
Attached is a draft agenda for this Thursday night's meeting. Please review it and let me know if you would like any changes.

I have been unsucessuful in obtaining a copy of the video tape of the June 23rd meeting - was this meeting recorded?
