1.01 The undersigned, having, examined the site of the Work, reviewed the plans and specifications
for the Work as prepared by TKDA, dated June 13, 2005, and being familiar with the conditions
affecting the Work; propose to furnish all labor, material, skills and equipment necessary for the
complete construction of ThelGroveella'nd Park Warming House, for the lump sum (Base Bid) of:

2.01 For the change/s in the Work described in Section 01030 Add Alternate No. 1 (Air Conditioning);

3.01 In the event of a discrepancy between the written words and numeral amounts in this Bid, the

terms specified therein.
3.04 This bid may not be rescinded for a period of 90 days from the Bid Opening Date.
