Whereas, the Mounds View Charter Commission has received a request to change
Charter the publishing requirements for the City Newsletter from six to four times each year

and whereas, there have been numerous requests to increase the distribution
requirements to ensure that the city does a better job of delivering the newsletter to
all Mounds View residents,

Bill Doty language. The Mounds View Charter Commission requests the City Council adopt

Section 12.13. A newsletter shall be published by the City at regular intervals at least

the City of Mounds View unless the resident has requested not to receive the city
newsletter. If practicable, a copy of the newsletter shall be •osted on the city website.
