CHARTER COMMISSION
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING CHARTER COMMISSION APPROVAL OF
RESOLUTION NO. 102-1999; 1999 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, Article III, Section 1, of the Mounds View Charter Commission By -
Laws, requires the Commission to establish by resolution a schedule of regular meetings;
and
WHEREAS, the Charter Commission's special meeting of April 8, 1999,
necessitated additional meetings; and
WHEREAS, the second Thursday at 7 PM for every month hereafter through
October 1999.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Charter Commission's approval of Resolution
102-1999, and that the Commission Chair forward the meeting dates to the City -
Administrator for posting to comply with the Minnesota Open Meeting Law (Minnesota
Statutes, Section 471,705)
Adopted this 13th day of May, 1999.

MAY 13, JUNE 10, & JULY 8, AUG. 12, SEPT. 9, OCT. 14, 1999 IN THE CITY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AT MOUNDS VIEW CITY HALL. THE PURPOSE OF THESE
MEETINGS IS TO REVIEW, AMEND, AND OR REVISE THE CITY CHARTER.REVIEW
CITY CODE TO INSURE IT'S COMPLIANCE, AND UPDATING THE COMMISSION'S BYLAWS.
