CALL MEETING TO ORDER Vice President Cermak called the meeting to order at 8:57 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Acting President Cermak, Commissioner Gunn, Commissioner Lindstrom, Commissioner Meehlhause, and Executive Director Zikmund. NOT PRESENT: None. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Approve the June 26, 2023, Agenda as presented. Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 4. EDA BUSINESS A. CLOSED SESSION – Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.05, subdivision 3(c) and 13.44, subdivision 3, to conduct a closed EDA meeting concerning real property located at addresses noted below, to consider strategies and to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the sale of such properties and to review confidential appraisal information for such properties, as follows: 8283 Long Lake Road Mounds View, Minnesota PIN: 05.30.23.23.0033 8271 Long Lake Road Mounds View, Minnesota PIN: 05.30.23.23.0032 0 Woodlawn Drive Mounds View, Minnesota Mounds View EDA June 26, 2023 Special Meeting Page 2 PIN: 05.30.23.23.0025 0 Woodlawn Drive Mounds View, Minnesota PIN: 05.30.23.23.0026 0 Ardan Avenue Mounds View, Minnesota PIN: 05-30-23-23-0003 0 Ardan Avenue Mounds View, Minnesota PIN: 05-30-23-23-0059 Vice President Cermak asked that the EDA meet in closed session to discuss real property located at the addresses noted, to consider strategies and to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the sale of such properties. MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Adjourn the Special EDA Meeting to a Closed Session. Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. Vice President Cermak reconvened the Special EDA meeting at 9:50 p.m. B. Open Session: 1. General Discussion/Issues regarding the above-referenced properties. 2. Other Matters. Vice President Cermak explained the EDA met in a Closed Session and it has been determined that this project will not move forward because the EDA feels they are being underpaid for the property. 5.
