RESOLUTION 9838 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWALS <br />FOR THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW FROM JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2024 <br />WHEREAS, City of Mounds View Business Licenses shown in Exhibit A expire <br />December 31, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, these business licenses are approved by the City Council annually; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received satisfactory reports from the appropriate City <br />and Ramsey County Departments, and the Mounds View Fire Inspector for the <br />businesses shown in Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the business license renewals shown in Exhibit A contingent upon any <br />outstanding issues being remedied and additional conditions added by the City Council <br />are adhered to; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these licenses will be effective from January 1 <br />to December 31, 2024. <br />Adopted this 11th day of December, 2023. <br />jachLindstrom, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />44 <br />Nyle m nd, City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
