CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ADOPTING THE 2024 PROPERTY TAX LEVY
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted numerous meetings and has made available detailed copies
of the proposed 2024 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council provided the public an opportunity to speak at the Truth in Taxation meeting
on December 4, 2023 and at the several budget meetings to take comment on the proposed 2024 tax
levy; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has proposed a final overall levy increase (including both the City levy and
EDA levy) of 6.25%.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that the following
property tax levy for 2024 is hereby approved:

and the City Administrator is hereby directed to notify Ramsey County and the State of Minnesota of said
2024 property tax levy.
Said resolution was declared to have been duly passed and adopted this 11th day of December, 2023.
