(list attached) <br />Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bill from Attorney for <br />condemnation proceedings from General Fund, this $375.00 to be <br />paid back to General Fund after 1961 -1 assessments are received. <br />Seconded by Crane 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Sullivan to issue temporary permit to Mr. <br />Johnson to operate a plastics business in the O1Connel barn for <br />a period of 6 months and to have the Attorney draw up the legal <br />form for this purpose.
