NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Mounds View will hold a closed Special Council Meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Monday,
January 8, 2024, commencing at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, following the regular City Council meeting, at City Hall, 2401 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds View, Minnesota,
for the following purposes:
CLOSED SESSION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), to conduct a closed session pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to engage in confidential attorney-client
communications related to a pending litigation matter: Shank Constructors, Inc. vs. City of Mounds View, a municipal corporation under Minnesota Law, Ramsey County District Court File
No.: 62-CV-23-1882.
