NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Mounds View will hold a closed Special Council Meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Wednesday,
February 7, 2024, commencing at 2:00 p.m., at City Hall, 2401 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds View, Minnesota, for the following purposes:
CLOSED SESSION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), to conduct a closed session pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to engage in confidential attorney-client
communications and litigation strategy related to a pending litigation matter: Walters Reycling and Refuse, Inc., et al. vs. City of Mounds View, et al., Ramsey County District Court
