1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Meehlhause called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: President Meehlhause, Commissioner Cermak, Commissioner Gunn, Vice
President Lindstrom, and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Lindstrom. To Approve the January 22, 2024, Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approval of Minutes: January 8, 2024.
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Lindstrom. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
None.
6. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
7. EDA BUSINESS
A. Confirm EDC Chair Appointment

Regular Meeting Page 2
Executive Director Zikmund requested the EDA confirm the EDC chair appointment. He
explained the EDC met last week and recommended the appointment of Jeff Moritko and this
would be his second term.
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Cermak. To Confirm the EDC Chair Appointment.
President Meehlhause thanked Mr. Moritko for being willing to serve as the EDC Chair.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.

9. NEXT EDA MEETING: Monday, February 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
10. ADJOURNMENT
President Meehlhause adjourned the meeting at 6:10 p.m.
