New Officers were elected and names filed with the court. Commission Bylaws were reviewed and no revisions were made. Adopted resolution 2023-01 for meeting dates through July. March 21, 2023, Motions to approve agenda and previous meeting minutes were adopted. Adopted resolution 2023-02 to add a general severability clause to the Charter by authority of 410.12, subdivision 7. Discussion on resolution 2023-03 Charter Administrative and Typographical errors corrections needed throughout the Charter. Special joint meeting held with Council to discuss working together effectively. May 16, 2023, Motions to approve agenda and previous meeting minutes were adopted. Discussion of resolution 2023-03 Charter Administrative and Typographical corrections. July 18, 2023, Motions to approve agenda and previous meeting minutes were adopted. Discussion of resolution 2023-03 Administrative and Typographical corrections. Adopted resolution 2023-04 meeting dates through January 2024. Adopted resolution 2023-05 re -affirming recommendation to add a general severability clause to the Charter, because the Council was not able to act on Resolution 2023-02 due to the death of the Mayor, using authority of 410.12, subdivision 7. September 19, 2023, Motions to approve agenda and previous meeting minutes were adopted. Adopted resolution 2023-03 Charter Administrative and Typographical corrections, using authority of 410.12, subdivision 7. Adopted resolution 2023-06, adding a vice -acting chair to the council offices when the mayor is vacant, using authority of 410.12, subdivision 7. Adopted resolution 2023-08 accepting voter petition on the issue of organized collection, and transmitting the petition to the Council for action, under authority of 410.12, subdivision 1. November 21, 2023, Motions to approve agenda and previous meeting minutes were adopted. Review and discuss resolution 2023-07 revising Commission Bylaws related to ting requirements for charter amendments proposed by voter petitions and co ordinance.
