1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Meehlhause called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: President Meehlhause, Vice-President Lindstrom, Commissioner
Cermak, and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: Commissioner Gunn.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Lindstrom/Cermak. To Approve the Agenda as Presented.
Ayes – 3 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. EDA BUSINESS. CLOSED SESSION.
MOTION/SECOND: Lindstrom/Cermak motioned to go into closed session.
1. EDA BUSINESS
A. CLOSED SESSION – Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.05,
subdivision 3(c) and 13.44, subdivision 3, to conduct a closed EDA meeting
concerning real property located at the address noted below, to consider
strategies and to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase
or sale of such property and to review confidential appraisal information for
such property, as follows:
