Roll Call: Coughlin, Szczepanski, Silvis, Kroeger, Long, Dazenski, Lee, Roepke,
Pothen, Kunz, Gunn
Absent: Kahn
Meeting Called to order: Coughlin
Approval of the January 23, 2002 minutes:
Silvis 2"d the approval of the November 28, 2001 meeting minutes
Item 3C,'/4" pipe should be quarter
Item 3C, "Coughlin asked for thought from the commission". Thought
should be thoughts.
Coughlin motioned to approve amended minutes

NOTE: The Park and Rec Commission Meeting was not televised, only audio was
received.
Recommend to the city Council that the Greenfield Park baseball field be secured and to
set the deposit for keys to the field at the standard $50.00.

Motion unanimously passed.
Direct YMCA/City Staff to contact Edgewood School and/or the school district,
requesting that they perform the maintenance on the upper baseball field(s). (Add dirt)

Make permanent the meeting date change to the 4th Thursday of each month.
