AUTHORIZING SEPARATION COMPENSATION FOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
AGNES QUASABART
WHEREAS, Accounts Payable Specialist Agnes Quasabart submitted a retirement notice
effective June 20, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5, Separation Policies and Procedures of the City
of Mounds View Personnel Manual, Ms. Quasabart is eligible to receive 100% of accrued
vacation compensation and any accrued compensatory time; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Quasabart has a current balance of 41.33 hours vacation and 0 hours
compensatory time; and
WHEREAS, the rate of pay for Ms. Quasabart upon retirement is $37.11 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves
separation compensation to Accounts Payable Specialist Agnes Quasabart consistent with
Section 5 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows:
