CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
2024-2026 CONTRACT WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS IN YOUTH
WHEREAS, Community Partners in Youth (CPY) is a duly formed Minnesota Non -
Profit located in New Brighton but serving youth in New Brighton and Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, CPY was formed as a youth diversion organization providing
opportunities to education, growth and enrichment via after school activities; and,
WHEREAS, their programs/efforts have demonstrated success in a number from
reductions in undesirable behaviors to providing multiple experiences for
underserved/underprivileged youth residing in the two communities.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council
approves the 2024-2026 Contract with Community Partners in Youth and authorize
execution of the Contract and $10,000 for calendar years 2024, 2025 and 2026.
