CHARTER COMMISSION
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING CHARTER COMMISSION
APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 2000-08; ADOPTION OF
CHARTER COMMISSION BY-LAWS.
WHEREAS, the Charter Commission has conducted a 2000 review of its bylaws
and has determined that revisions are needed; and
WHEREAS, the Charter Commission has adopted changes to its bylaws.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Charter Commission’s approval of Resolution
2000-08, and a copy of the amended by-laws shall be distributed to the members.
Adopted this 09th day of March, 2000.
