Item Title/Subject: County Road 10 Gateway Monument Signage —East
Entrance, West Entrance, and Civic District Trail

Background:
At the City Council Retreat in February, the City Council indicated a desire to
study the feasibility of construction and the costs of monuments associated with
the County Road 10 Corridor Improvement Program.
Discussion:
Attached is a concept design of the gateway monument and the civic district trail
gateway monument.
Staff is looking for direction on this matter. Specifically, Staff is looking for
Council direction and input regarding if they would like to study the feasibility of
construction and costs associated with County Road 10 Corridor monuments.
