Comment: Black locust trees are continuing issue with hanging dead branches
Evaluate park changes:
Remove baseball field
Add large and small parallel soccer/lacrosse fields
Add disc golf fields at north park to Greenfield
Move playground to southeast corner
Soccer field repair
Trail repair (bituminous)
Aerator install in pond
Bridge install
Add trash cans along disc golf course
