1. Roll Call
2. Approval of minutes from the July 27, 2006 meeting.
3. Public Input - Citizens are encouraged to speak to the Park and Recreation and Forestry Commissioners on issues of concern.
4. Forestry Report – Annual report from the City Forester

Oakwood Park Proposal
Facility Guide Update – Motion made on July 27th to finalize by September meeting
Rental Fee structure – continued discussions
7. New Business:
Field Use Fee Structure
County Road 10 Trailway – segments 9&10 – Public Hearing has been set for August 28th. Are there any comments / recommendations the Commission would like to have submitted to the City
Council at the hearing? As a note, a proposal to develop a preliminary landscape architectural design for the entire trailway corridor on both the north and south sides will be presented
to City Council on August 28th.

8. Commissioner/Staff Reports:
2006 park Improvement Plan – Steve is putting together a staff report and resolution for approval of items identified for 2006 in the current Park Improvement Plan. A copy will be emailed
out to Commissioners before going to City Council.
