The Council asked that we review a couple of things at the next YMCA meeting on November 13th (agenda later this week), such as the fee schedule for park buildings, the fee for lighted
field use (are we covering the cost of the electricity?), adding political groups, and discuss increasing the rates for Class IV users. They also wanted to see a schedule of bookings
for the year. Could I please get that from you.
Also, the marketing proposal for 2006 was approved except for the Web site. Printing of a 1/4 page ad in the Chamber Resource Guide was approved for $650 (Aaron, would you please help
coordinate placement) The Council also needed more information on other(2-3) web sites (number of subscribers and cost)especially some that might be more local than "the Knot." Do
you have, or could you get, this information?

Under the definition of Class I renters of the Community Center, please make the change to the definition to change "Mounds View Athletic Associations. . ." to "Mounds View Area Athletic
Associations . . .", reflecting the Council's intention to include area teams (e.g., Irondale associations) not just groups based in Mounds View proper.
