Subject: January YMCA Meeting
The Council appointed Council members Al Hull and Joe Flaherty to the YMCA Advisory Committee on Monday. I've drafted a tentative agenda for January 8th, but think we might want to
give Joe and Al more time to arrange their calendars aand Park and Rec. Commission a chance to appoint a new member. What about February 5th for the first meeting? We could also have
some of the items better developed by that time.
