limit your comments to three minutes. As a reminder, public comment is for addressing the Economic Development Commission only. Comments or concerns regarding staff must be submitted
in writing to the Mayor or City Administrator. Failure to respect these guidelines will result in the Chair asking you to cease commenting and asking you to return to your seat. That
