Citizens may speak to issues relating to economic development and not on the agenda. Before speaking, please give your full name and address for the minutes. Also, please limit your
comments to three minutes. As a reminder, public comment is for addressing the Economic Development Authority only. Comments or concerns regarding staff must be submitted in writing
to the Mayor or City Administrator. Failure to respect these guidelines will result in the President asking you to cease commenting and asking you to return to your seat. That said,
is there anyone here for public comment?
