I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Administrator of the City of
Mounds View, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and

STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO MARSHA ANDERSON FOR HER SERVICE
ON THE MOUNDS VIEW PARKS, RECREATION AND FORESTRY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Marsha Anderson has served on the Parks, Recreation and Forestry
Commission since January 2022; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Anderson has served on the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission
witli sincere dedication and entliusiasm; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Anderson has shown a genuine interest in the welfare of the citizens of
Mounds View during her tenure of the Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that die City Council, on behalf of Staff and
the residents of the City of Mounds View, express its heartfelt appreciation to Marsha Anderson for
her dedicated service on the Mounds View Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission.
