1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Meehlhause called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: President Meehlhause, Vice President Clark, Commissioner Gunn,
Commissioner Lindstrom, Commissioner Smith and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Lindstrom. To Approve the January 27, 2025, Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approve of Minutes: January 13, 2025, EDA Minutes.
MOTION/SECOND: Lindstrom/Clark. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
A. Oath of Office – Julie Clark
Executive Director Zikmund administered the Oath of Office for Commissioner Julie Clark. A
round of applause was offered by all in attendance.
6. PUBLIC COMMENT
Sharon Kirscher, 8406 Red Oak Drive, congratulated Commissioner Clark.
