regarding the naming of an official

the official newspaper being the New
Brighton Bulletin and the Acting Mayor
being Phyllis Blanchard.

Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant contingent
upon the City Attorney reviewing and approving
the condominium agreement documents.

Tobias for the issuance of a Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy for 2270 Woodale
Drive.

the recommendation of Public Works
Foreman Mike Ulrich for the purchase
of 2 pick--up trucks for the Public
Works Dept. with one being assigned to
the Sewer Dept. and the other being
assigned to the Parks Dept at a bid
of $12,179 per vehicle from Polar
Chevrolet
MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to approve 9. Approve
the purchase of 2 pick--up trucks from Purchase of
Polar Chevrolet at a total cost of 2 Pick--Ups
$24,358 to be charged equally to account
#730--4121-703 and #100--4360--703
